Our experience with Amy was nothing short of amazing. From Day 1, she was supportive and accepting of our birth plan. She was always checking in on how everything was going and came with to a few of our appointments. At appointments, Amy was always involved and making sure my questions were always answered. The delivery process was also a wonderful experience. Amy honestly felt like part of our family! She walked with us up and down the halls while I was in labor, gave words of encouragement, held a leg, took pictures of moments we are so happy to look back on, went and got nurses when there was a need and was extremely supportive. After the process, she still checks in on us to see how everyone is doing! I'm so looking forward to her first visit after our delivery. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and know Amy will always be a part of our lives and we are looking forward to our continued friendship.

My experience with Amy started before my delivery. She came with me to doctor appointments and ultrasounds. She even toured the birthing center with me. If I had any questions or just wanted to talk about my birth plans, she was always there. She encouraged me and gave me advice. I ended up being induced. So Amy met us at the hospital the day of. She was such a peaceful presence the whole time. Luckily, my birth went very smoothly. Having her with me made me feel reassured that I was in control and it gave me complete faith that I could do this. I have had three children, and I can honestly say that this delivery was by far my favorite. The experience was the most empowering and if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Ever since my daughter was born, Amy has continued to be a part of our lives...and I am so thankful for that! I highly recommend a Doula, even if you've already given birth before. Amy is kind, considerate, and overall an incredible human. She makes an amazing Doula.

First and foremost, Amy was fantastic! She is such a sweet person with a gentle soul and as soon as I met her I knew she would be a great fit to my birth team. I am honored to know that mine was her first home birth and she did such a great job with comfort measures and being a source of grounding during labor and delivery. I would recommend Amy as a doula to any mom!

I am very happy we chose Amy as our doula for the birth of our third son. I planned to have another natural birth without pain medication at the hospital and while I got through the previous two births, I wanted to have some extra support this time around. Don't get me wrong, my husband is supportive! But he struggles with anxiety and I needed  to have someone there I could ask to do anything I needed without worrying about how they were feeling. It gave me a lot of peace of mind to have Amy with offering to help with labor positions and providing methods I wasn't too familiar with which helped immensely. She brought a very calm presence to the room and both my husband and I were very glad we had her with. I am definitely someone who will power through anything and think I can do it all my own. If you're like me, do yourself a favor an realize early on that labor is hard work and just because you could do it on your own, doesn't mean you have to. Hire a doula and have the support you deserve.

I am so thankful to have had Amy as my doula. I had a surrogate pregnancy and neither the intended mother nor my husband were able to make it for my labor and delivery. My water broke early morning and Amy was ready to go and meet me at the hospital. She even brought me a coffee before heading over. My labor progressed super fast and having Amy's calm demeanor by my side helped me get through my labor easily without  all of my support people there. Amy was able to use my phone to FaceTime the intended mother so she could watch the birth of her son; it was a very special moment and I'm so thankful she was able able to do that for me. Amy went above and beyond and got me lunch after the birth and then got to hold baby boy to let me rest. Amy also took pictures during my labor and pictures of the baby that I otherwise would not have been able to get without her there as I requested. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a doula as her quiet and calming personality is just what is needed as a support person to get through labor!
